Food & Beverage Manager - Novotel Singapore Robertson Quay

• Oversee the daily operations of the all-day dining restaurant, pool bar and banquet spaces.
• Conduct post-event reviews and follow up on client feedback, billing matters and operational improvements.
• Support the preparation and achievement of annual budgets, forecasts, revenue targets and departmental business plans.
• Support monthly reporting and provide management with clear commentary on performance, risks and improvement actions.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or management level
• High degree of professionalism with sound human resources management and business acumen capabilities
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
• High level of attention to details and ability to transform challenges into opportunity
