Finance Manager

You will manage month-end close processes for APAC entities, review financial variances, and maintain reporting under IFRS and local GAAP. You will lead statutory audits and regulatory filings, coordinate with outsourced partners, improve reporting and intercompany workflows, maintain audit-ready records, and introduce automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end month-end close processes for APAC entities
• Review and analyse profit-and-loss and balance-sheet variances
• Own statutory audits and local reporting
• Maintain local ledgers and workflows for regulatory and statutory compliance
• Complete financial regulatory requests and repeatable reporting processes
• Coordinate deliverables with outsourced partners
• Optimize financial reporting, intercompany, revenue, and expense workflows
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records
• Identify and implement finance automation and AI tools
• Contribute to ad-hoc strategic projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• CA, CPA, or equivalent qualified accountant designation
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or digital assets
