Finance Manager

You will build and manage the finance function as operations grow and become more complex. You will establish financial systems, policies, procedures, and internal controls; maintain accurate income and expenditure records; and help prepare financial accounts. You will own bookkeeping, reporting, expense reimbursement, and grant financial compliance. You will also lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy, providing financial insight to support future planning.
