Description
You will partner with prospective and strategic enterprise customers to evaluate Cursor and complete proofs of concept. You will lead technical discovery, demonstrations, workshops, solution design, and customer handoffs while communicating customer feedback to Product and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements
- Build relationships with engineering leaders, architects, and developers
- Translate customer requirements into solution designs
- Deliver technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and hands-on workshops
- Advocate for customer technical needs internally
- Support customer onboarding handoffs
- Maintain knowledge of Cursor capabilities and the competitive landscape
- Support strategic account planning and expansion validation
Requirements
- Communication skills and executive presence
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of engineering organization structures and developer productivity
- Technical workflow fluency
- AI tooling
- Debugging
- Ability to translate technical details into business impact
