Executive Recruiter

You will lead specialized executive searches from market mapping and search strategy through candidate engagement, selection, and offer. You will advise senior leaders on hiring plans, talent constraints, compensation, and market conditions. You will build relationships with energy, power, and infrastructure talent and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into hiring plans
• Flag talent constraints and challenge assumptions on scope, timing, and compensation
• Build and maintain a proactive network of specialized energy talent
• Run multiple niche searches simultaneously
• Source, engage, and guide passive candidates through the hiring process
• Develop knowledge of energy, power, and infrastructure markets
• Track talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity
• Own the candidate experience from first contact through offer

Requirements

• Executive search experience recruiting specialized roles at a search firm or in-house
• Experience working directly with senior stakeholders
• Ability to advise leaders and challenge unrealistic hiring requirements
• Familiarity with the energy and power industry or curiosity to develop expertise
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Miami-based or willing to relocate
