Executive Director Relationship Manager Private Banking Malaysia Market Consumer Banking Group

You will grow and retain high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients in the offshore Malaysia market. You will understand their investment needs, provide financial advice with investment counsellors and product specialists, strengthen client relationships, and comply with bank and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by acquiring and retaining high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients in the offshore Malaysia market
• Implement a geographically focused strategy
• Build a deep understanding of clients' investment needs
• Provide financial advice with Investment Counsellors and Product Specialists
• Strengthen client relationships throughout their wealth journeys
• Ensure compliance with bank and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 15 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of private banking products and solutions
• Expertise in the Malaysia market and relevant networks
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive client acquisition and retention
