Engineering Recruiter

You will lead full-cycle engineering recruiting, from sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and close. You will partner with engineering leaders on hiring strategy, build talent pipelines, design interview processes, use recruiting data to improve results, and manage agency partners when needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring needs and roles
• Drive full-cycle recruiting across engineering disciplines
• Map talent markets and build targeted candidate pipelines
• Advise engineering leadership using market intelligence and pipeline insights
• Design interview assessments and drive timely hiring decisions
• Close competitive candidates through offer strategy and negotiation
• Build engineering-community relationships
• Use recruiting data to improve hiring processes
• Manage agency partners when needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience hiring engineers for high-growth technology companies
• Experience owning complex technical searches and closing candidates
• Technical fluency with engineering teams and skill sets
• Sourcing experience with passive technical talent
• Experience managing multiple searches
• Bay Area recruiting experience
• AI or ML hiring experience is a plus
