Engineering Manager Product

You will grow and lead product engineering teams, hire and develop engineers, define team charters, and deliver customer-facing initiatives. You will set engineering standards for architecture, code quality, release reliability, and data integrity, mentor managers, and coordinate planning and delivery with product, design, and clinical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and develop engineers
• Design team charters, rituals, and scopes of responsibility
• Deliver customer-facing product initiatives
• Mentor engineering managers and technical leads
• Set standards for architecture, code quality, release reliability, and data integrity
• Collaborate with product, design, and clinical stakeholders
• Translate business goals into actionable plans and unblock teams

Requirements

• Experience hiring at least seven engineers
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years managing engineers
• Experience building and scaling distributed systems
• Experience shipping backend and full-stack SaaS features
• Product collaboration experience with product management and design
