Engineering Manager Growth

You will lead a Growth pod across frontend, backend, and integrations. You will own delivery for the public API, in-house onboarding and verification, activation features, and the marketing site. You will shape the roadmap, manage dependencies, review designs, write and ship code, maintain correctness standards, and hire and develop engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Growth pod across frontend, backend, and integrations
• Own the roadmap, delivery, and engineering standards
• Oversee the V3 public API overhaul while supporting V2
• Bring client onboarding in house and build jurisdiction- and segment-aware KYB and KYC rules
• Build activation features including digital signatures, checklists, lifecycle communications, and notifications
• Own the marketing site as a growth surface
• Run work through discovery, design, RFC validation, delivery, and beta
• Manage dependencies with Compliance, Legal, Platform, Payments, Banking, Brand Design, and GTM
• Review designs, write and ship code, and debug production issues
• Maintain correctness for identity, compliance, permissions, quotes, trades, and money precision
• Hire, onboard, manage, and develop team members

Requirements

• 2 or more years managing a team of 5 or more, including a Tech Lead or senior IC
• Strong individual contributor engineering track record
• Hands-on ability to design APIs and schemas and produce tested code
• Experience owning a public or partner-facing API, including versioning
• Experience shipping client-facing products end to end
• Experience delivering work with Compliance and Legal as hard dependencies
• Experience running a stage-gated product process
• Demonstrated hiring and performance management experience
• Experience working with Product and a commercial or GTM function
• Ability to enforce correctness standards under commercial time pressure
