Engineering Manager Full Stack Web

You will lead and mentor Web developers building core trading interfaces. You will collaborate with traders and stakeholders to set priorities and roadmaps, guide architecture and UI/UX practices, ensure quality and scalability, and turn complex trading needs into actionable development plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Web developers supporting web applications
• Collaborate with traders and stakeholders to define project priorities and roadmap
• Guide architecture, UI/UX design, and development best practices using TypeScript, React, and Python
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and operational excellence
• Translate complex trading requirements into actionable development plans

Requirements

• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional web development experience
• Strong understanding of software and user interface design principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Background in finance or trading systems, with options experience preferred
• Experience with high-performance or real-time systems
• Ability to respond quickly and accurately to rapidly changing market conditions and solve math and coding problems
