Engineering Manager Enterprise

You will set technical direction and guide architecture for enterprise platform systems. You will shape roadmaps, uphold reliability and quality standards, lead safe incident response and rollouts, partner across engineering and with enterprise customers, and hire, mentor, and develop your engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction and guide architecture decisions
• Build enterprise platform systems
• Shape roadmaps with Product and Design
• Set standards for reliability, code quality, testing, and maintenance
• Lead incident response and safe platform rollouts
• Partner with engineering teams on extensible platforms
• Represent engineering in enterprise customer conversations
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, mentorship, and interview pipelines
• Deliver enterprise engineering priorities with co-founders

Requirements

• Experience building enterprise platforms or products
• Domain expertise in enterprise control planes, enterprise data planes, or connector marketplace and activation
• Understanding of enterprise reliability, security, and usability requirements
• Ability to balance customer needs, technical quality, and maintainability
• Ability to translate customer needs into technical priorities and communicate tradeoffs
• Experience building and managing high-performing engineering teams
• Ability to lead parallel technical initiatives and prioritization decisions
• 8+ years of engineering experience
• At least 4 years of engineering management experience
