Engineering Manager, Digital Assets

Lead the engineering effort to integrate XRP, RLUSD, tokenized assets, custody, and cross-border settlement into an enterprise treasury platform. Build and manage a full-stack engineering team, contribute production code, establish engineering practices, and partner with product, compliance, and treasury experts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the engineering process for digital asset integration
• Build and design systems connecting digital asset functions with the enterprise treasury platform
• Build and manage a group of full-stack developers
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers
• Lead a fast-paced Kanban workflow
• Work with the core digital assets team on protocol capabilities and roadmap alignment
• Design full-stack solutions using .NET backend services and Angular or React frontends
• Partner with product, compliance, and treasury experts
• Define coding standards, review processes, testing strategies, and deployment patterns

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Full-stack development experience with .NET and modern frontend frameworks
• 2+ years of engineering team leadership experience
• Experience recruiting, mentoring, and developing engineers
• Production experience in fintech, digital assets, or blockchain
• Experience delivering financial transaction or digital asset systems
• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to write production code
• Familiarity with blockchain protocols, digital asset custody, tokenization, or cross-border settlement systems
• Experience with XRP Ledger or RLUSD
• Experience with corporate treasury or enterprise financial software
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for digital asset products
