Engineering Manager CoSec

You will lead delivery of company secretariat functions and automated compliance capabilities. You will design scalable distributed systems, work with product and compliance partners on architecture, improve reliability and observability, manage and mentor engineers, and set the roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of company secretariat functions
• Architect, build, and maintain scalable distributed systems
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations on architecture and delivery
• Drive cross-functional engagement to optimise flows
• Define SLOs, improve observability, and support on-call practices
• Manage, mentor, and develop team members
• Shape the roadmap and present strategic plans to senior leadership
• Transition the team toward full-stack development and agentic workflows

Requirements

• Experience building and operating distributed systems
• Technical background in the JVM ecosystem
• Experience with third-party service integrations
• Ability to lead, mentor, and empower engineering teams
• Experience with AI-assisted and agentic workflows
• Communication and stakeholder management
