Engineering Manager CoFo

You will lead delivery of company formation and business registration capabilities across new markets. You will design scalable distributed systems, define architecture with product and compliance partners, improve reliability and observability, manage and mentor engineers, and shape the roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of company formation and business registration
• Architect, build, and maintain scalable distributed systems
• Extend a reusable onboarding platform with flexible state machines and market-specific adapters
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations on architecture and delivery
• Define SLOs, improve observability, and support on-call practices
• Manage, mentor, and develop team members
• Shape the roadmap and present strategic plans to senior leadership
• Transition the team toward full-stack development and agentic workflows

Requirements

• Experience building and operating distributed systems
• Technical background in the JVM ecosystem
• Experience with third-party service integrations
• Ability to lead, mentor, and empower engineering teams
• Experience with AI-assisted and agentic workflows
• Communication and stakeholder management
