Engagement Manager

You will lead several enterprise implementation programs from initiation through go-live and stabilization. You will coordinate customer and internal stakeholders, maintain plans and governance, manage risks and dependencies, monitor delivery health, and improve implementation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple enterprise implementation programs from initiation through go-live and post-launch stabilization
• Develop project plans, timelines, RAID logs, governance frameworks, and status reports
• Coordinate customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams
• Facilitate steering committees, project reviews, risk assessments, and executive updates
• Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery risks, dependencies, scope changes, and resource constraints
• Monitor project health, milestones, deliverables, budget considerations, and customer satisfaction
• Align implementation activities with contractual commitments and business objectives
• Establish communication cadences with clients and internal stakeholders
• Refine implementation methodologies, templates, processes, and reporting standards
• Support strategic customer initiatives, prioritization, and operational planning

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise project or program management experience
• Experience managing complex enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of PMI methodologies, project lifecycle management, governance, risk management, and change management
• Experience creating implementation plans, stakeholder communications, executive reporting, and delivery governance structures
• Organizational, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree
• PMP certification preferred
