Description
You will develop electrical concepts, schematics, and technical documentation for industrial automation and robotics systems. You will define interfaces for sensors, actuators, robotics, and higher-level systems; support electrical integration, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning; and ensure complete project documentation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain electrical concepts and technical documentation for industrial automation solutions
- Create and update circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams, and electrical project documentation
- Define electrical interfaces for sensors, actuators, robotics, and higher-level systems
- Support electrical integration into customer-specific systems
- Support testing, implementation, commissioning, and electrical troubleshooting
- Ensure complete and reliable electrical project documentation
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in electrical design and documentation for industrial systems
- Experience with EPLAN or comparable tools
- Experience with electrical interfaces, sensors, actuators, and system integration in automation projects
- Willingness to support testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning
- Very good German and good English language skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally around 40%
