Director- Senior Sales, Cross-border Payments Solutions

Lead Hex Trust's strategic expansion into payments by owning end-to-end commercial origination, growing Convert-to-Pay, winning institutional clients, and co-developing programmable stablecoin payment infrastructure with a flagship design partner.

Responsibilities

• Own the full commercial cycle for Convert-to-Pay across APAC and the GCC.
• Identify and win PSP, acquirer, fintech, and payment-infrastructure clients.
• Translate regulated, API-first stablecoin payment capabilities into commercial wins.
• Secure a flagship design partner for programmable stablecoin payment infrastructure.
• Coordinate with product, client operations, compliance, and legal on onboarding and integration.
• Provide market intelligence and client signals to shape product and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of institutional or B2B sales or business development experience with meaningful payments experience.
• Proven success selling payment infrastructure to PSPs, fintechs, or financial institutions.
• Existing active network in the PSP and payments ecosystem across APAC and/or the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of stablecoins, settlement, treasury workflows, and payment APIs.
• Ability to independently run the full sales cycle and co-create strategic solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; Mandarin or Arabic is a strong plus.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
