Director, Product Management, Global Payouts

Own Ripple’s cross-border payments offering, define the product vision and roadmap for Global Payouts, lead the end-to-end payments experience, establish requirements and acceptance criteria with engineering, drive high-quality launches, align stakeholders, remove blockers, and scale payment products while balancing customer experience, conversion, and regulatory controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Global Payouts
• Partner with engineering to establish clear requirements, strong acceptance criteria, and high-quality launches
• Lead the end-to-end payments experience across Ripple payouts
• Balance customer experience, conversion, and regulatory controls
• Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives
• Align collaborators across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk/Fraud, and Operations
• Remove blockers and drive decisions
• Deliver concise communication to ensure alignment and drive outcomes

Requirements

• 12-15 years of total professional experience in financial services, fintech, or the crypto industry
• 5-10 years of experience in a core product management role
• Deep payments expertise
• Curiosity about digital assets and blockchain
• Track record of scaling and evangelizing successful products
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise language for different audiences
• Strong technical competence and understanding
• Ability to establish relationships and drive alignment across teams with different priorities
