Director Private Markets Data Services

You will lead global private-data-service operations, client engagement, and AI-led transformation. You will manage escalations, improve service quality and controls, automate workflows, transform operating models, and build leadership capability across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide global leadership for Private Data Services operations.
• Manage client engagement and complex client escalations.
• Establish operating discipline across service quality, productivity, controls, and operational risk.
• Lead AI-enabled transformation and automation initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end process improvement and operating-model transformation.
• Build and develop a high-performing global organization, leadership capabilities, succession, and talent pipelines.

Requirements

• Hold a university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Have 16–20 years of relevant financial-services experience, including significant leadership experience.
• Understand private markets, financial instruments, investment data, and valuation concepts.
• Have experience in client management and complex escalations.
• Demonstrate a track record of leading large-scale transformation, AI and automation adoption, and process improvement.
• Have strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, operational governance, change-management, team-development, and cross-functional communication experience.
