Director of Program Management Europe and Africa V BAT Programs

You will lead program managers delivering and sustaining UAV direct commercial sales programs across Europe and Africa. You will oversee customer relationships, budgets, schedules, risks, processes, resources, reporting, and team development while ensuring programs meet scope and technical objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery and sustainment for UAV Direct Commercial Sales programs
• Lead and develop a team of program and project managers
• Manage customer relationships and serve as the escalation point for program issues
• Guide the initiation and sustainment of V-BAT Direct Commercial Sales contracts
• Drive budget, schedule, scope, and technical-performance requirements
• Track and report budget, resource, and project-management metrics
• Analyze critical paths and mitigate program risks
• Identify and implement program-management process improvements
• Prioritize projects and resource utilization
• Establish and lead program-management meetings

Requirements

• Program-management experience with aerospace and defense programs
• Experience building, growing, and leading a program team
• Expertise in project and program management
• Ability to travel internationally
• Ability to lead complex, self-directed programs consisting of interrelated projects
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Leadership, time-management, organization, and team-management skills
• Project financial-management expertise
