You will build and lead a product engineering team, set technical direction, and raise the bar for UI quality, performance, reliability, and product polish. You will evolve frontend architecture, shape the roadmap with Product and Design, and deliver scalable product capabilities for prompt experimentation, review, and LLM analysis.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a product engineering team
- Raise the bar for interaction design, performance, reliability, and product polish
- Own the technical direction of the product
- Evolve frontend architecture for sophisticated workflows and larger datasets
- Work with Product and Design to understand users and shape the roadmap
- Lead delivery of scalable product capabilities for prompt experimentation, versioning, human review, and LLM analysis
Requirements
- Experience building, managing, and scaling high-performing engineering teams
- Experience recruiting engineers and developing leaders
- Product judgment and UI craft
- Expertise in modern web applications
- Experience with TypeScript, React, SQL, and Next.js
- Experience building sophisticated data-intensive products
- Ability to make architecture decisions
- Experience with startups or AI is valuable
