Director of Learning Products

You will own a portfolio of learning solutions, translate business strategy into learning experiences, lead learning designers, and explore, implement, and evaluate emerging learning technologies and experiences.

Requirements

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Organizational and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of user experience principles and content design
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and dependencies
• Master’s degree preferred or bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience in strategic learning solutions
• Ability to lead large, complex, multi-team initiatives
