Director of Engineering KYX

You will lead the engineering strategy, organisation and delivery for KYX across onboarding, continuous monitoring and risk scoring. You will oversee backend, frontend, data science and ML engineering; run model lifecycles; scale governed agentic AI; and improve decisioning, due-diligence quality and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering strategy and organisation for KYX
• Lead backend, frontend, data science and ML engineering
• Own the KYX Scoring and ML capability and model lifecycle
• Scale agentic AI across regulated workflows
• Collaborate with operations, policy, risk, compliance, product and IAM stakeholders
• Improve automated decisioning, due-diligence quality and KYX cost per member
• Deploy global solutions while isolating market-specific logic

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering organisations in identity, onboarding, fraud, financial crime or another regulated decisioning domain
• Track record of improving conversion, due-diligence quality, unit economics and workflow automation through platform investment
• Experience taking machine learning into production at scale and owning live model performance
• Experience operating in a regulated environment with operations, policy, risk and compliance functions
• Judgement across organisation design, delivery, platform strategy, data architecture and technical quality
• Ability to lead distributed teams across multiple markets and unify separate engineering lines
