Source, evaluate, and back early-stage investment opportunities in companies and protocols; analyze emerging technology and crypto market trends; structure financing rounds; manage due diligence and investment processes; help build and scale the investing team; and travel as necessary to meetings and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities
• Develop and track trends in emerging technology and crypto markets
• Structure financing rounds with company leadership
• Manage due diligence activities and complete investment processes
• Build, support, and scale the investing team
• Travel to meetings and conferences as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in crypto or early-stage venture capital firms
• Strong understanding of venture capital and crypto deal terms
• Native understanding of crypto and blockchain technologies
• Deep network within crypto
• Strong written communication and public speaking skills
• Ability to perform venture capital valuation and total addressable market analysis
• Research skills and intense intellectual curiosity about decentralized systems
