Director Customer Hardware Engineering

You will own technical relationships with strategic customers and FAEs, translate silicon needs into engineering specifications, and coordinate customer-specific hardware and software configurations. You will oversee RTL changes and NEO customization and align customer silicon teams with internal design-verification partners for reliable delivery.

Requirements

• Experience leading customer-facing technical teams and Field Application Engineering organizations.
• Background in RTL, verification, and physical design for custom silicon programs.
• Understanding of how RTL decisions affect software, performance, and customer solutions.
• Ability to align customers, FAEs, and internal teams around technical goals.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
