Director Background Investigations Strategic Initiatives and Operational Efficiency

You will define the data strategy and technology roadmap for Background Investigations. You will build cross-functional partnerships, establish operational health metrics and reporting, monitor case trends, evaluate vendor effectiveness and investment ROI, and govern data solutions that improve day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Define the data strategy and optimal solutions for Background Investigations
• Build cross-functional partnerships to deliver the data strategy
• Create a roadmap for implementing and governing data solutions
• Establish reporting for Background Investigations, Global Security, and senior leaders
• Monitor case portfolio trends and identify improvement areas
• Evaluate vendor effectiveness and investment ROI

Requirements

• 12–15 years of data, product management, and cross-functional business experience
• Project delivery on time and on budget
• Relationship management and partnership building
• Experience in a matrixed and regulated environment
• Management and coaching
• Verbal, written, presentation, and analytical skills
• Investigative analysis and techniques
