Director - Aladdin Product Manager - Wealth Management Technology

You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for wealth management technology. You will translate market, client, regulatory, and technical needs into scalable products; lead cross-functional delivery; advance AI-enabled development; and represent product direction with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long-term product strategy for wealth management technology capabilities
• Translate market, client, competitor, platform, and regulatory needs into a product roadmap
• Embed AI into product strategy, prioritization, and execution
• Identify API-led integration opportunities across wealth management systems
• Lead cross-functional product squads to deliver roadmap priorities
• Partner with engineering, design, data, AI, architecture, implementation, and commercial stakeholders
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled product development practices
• Engage wealth management clients and prospects as a senior product representative
• Build relationships with wealth managers, banks, platforms, vendors, custodians, and data providers
• Represent client and market needs in product prioritization

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in wealth management or wealth management technology
• Experience leading complex product initiatives from concept through launch
• Deep understanding of wealth management constructs including portfolios, advisory services, trading, tax optimisation, and client reporting
• Familiarity with wealth management technology platforms, core banking, portfolio management, order management, or custodial integrations
• Experience applying AI, automation, or data-driven capabilities to product workflows
• Ability to engage senior executives, clients, engineering leaders, commercial teams, and implementation partners
• Communication, leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
