DevOps Engineer

Design, deploy, and manage scalable, highly available cloud infrastructure supporting trading systems. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines, operate Docker and Kubernetes environments, monitor systems with Grafana and CloudWatch, respond to incidents, and troubleshoot production issues to maintain 24/7 reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable, reliable, high-availability systems on AWS
• Ensure 24/7 operation of the trading system by collaborating with engineering teams
• Support CI/CD pipeline development and optimization using Bitbucket Pipelines and other CI/CD tools
• Manage containerized applications and orchestrate workloads with Docker and Kubernetes
• Monitor system performance and reliability using Grafana and AWS CloudWatch and contribute to incident response
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Strong experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms, including security, networking, and global infrastructure
• Proven experience with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines such as Bitbucket Pipelines
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of system support and maintenance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations
