Designer Growth Marketing

You will design and produce paid video, motion, and static marketing assets. You will create and iterate generative media, own ad creative from concept to delivery, build creative variants for testing, translate product capabilities into visual stories, and maintain marketing templates and design components.

Responsibilities

• Design performance marketing assets across video, motion, and static formats
• Create and iterate video and image assets using generative tools
• Own ad creative from concept through final delivery
• Produce motion graphics and animated ads
• Develop integrated ad concepts with product marketing and growth
• Build creative variants for A/B and multivariate testing
• Maintain a consistent visual language across performance touchpoints
• Translate product capabilities into visual stories for launches
• Update go-to-market assets and templates
• Develop design components, motion templates, and prompting strategies

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing design, motion design, or a related role
• Portfolio demonstrating video ads, motion graphics, and static performance creative
• Motion design skills with After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent
• Graphic design skills including typography, layout, and color
• Experience using AI image and video generation tools
• Ability to use performance data to improve creative
• Experience working with growth marketers and product teams
• Experience in AI, creative tools, or developer-adjacent products
