Description
You will plan deployment logistics, coordinate robots, people, subcontractors, and construction stakeholders, and oversee work on site. You will manage deployment operations and P&L, improve processes and margins, grow construction projects, translate site issues to R&D, and support hiring deployment operators.
Responsibilities
- Plan deployment logistics, operational plans and unit-economics decisions
- Oversee and motivate teams on construction sites
- Liaise with contractors and other stakeholders
- Build operational systems and improve deployment processes and margins
- Own deployment P&L and improve unit economics
- Work with customers and grow construction projects
- Support hiring and interviewing robot and deployment operators
Requirements
- Two to five years of operations, commercial, project delivery or business ownership experience
- Experience in dynamic operational environments
- Native Dutch fluency
