Deployment Manager

You will plan deployment logistics, oversee construction-site operations, manage contractor relationships, and motivate operators. You will own deployment delivery and P&L, build operational systems, improve margins, develop construction projects, communicate site feedback to R&D, and support hiring.

Responsibilities

• Plan deployment logistics and operational plans
• Oversee, manage and motivate teams on construction sites
• Liaise with general contractors and stakeholders
• Build systems that improve deployment operations and margins
• Drive growth of construction projects
• Own deployment P&L and improve unit economics
• Translate on-site friction to the R&D team
• Support hiring and interviewing robot and deployment operators

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of management experience as a startup founder, GM, or in operations, strategy or business development
• Be a native Dutch speaker
• Communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
• Manage, lead and motivate a small team
• Have strong operational and analytical skills
• Build spreadsheets, operational plans and P&L models
• Have project management skills
• Work effectively in a high-stress construction-site environment
