Deployed Operations Manager

You will manage, mentor, and supervise Site Leads and crews supporting contractor-operated and international operations. You will coordinate staffing recommendations, develop training, provide technical support to deployed personnel, and help ensure contractual performance, customer satisfaction, and mission readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and supervise Site Leads
• Support crews conducting contractor-operated and extended-duration international operations
• Serve as the primary contact for crew information
• Coordinate staffing recommendations with FSR management and supervisors
• Train Site Leads and crews for mission readiness
• Provide technical support to deployed teams
• Ensure Site Leads fulfill contractual obligations and customer needs
