Demand Planning Manager

You will own and continuously improve demand forecasts for Compute, Storage, and GPU offerings. You will use historical data, commercial pipeline, product inputs, and market insights to develop forecasting models and translate projections into capacity-planning requirements. You will challenge assumptions, detect demand changes, present scenarios and risks in S&OP reviews, and refine forecasting processes with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain demand forecasts for Compute, Storage, and GPU offerings
• Translate demand forecasts into capacity-planning requirements
• Develop and improve forecasting models using demand signals and exceptional events
• Challenge Product and Sales assumptions using statistical analysis, historical data, and market insights
• Detect changes in demand patterns and adjust forecasts
• Present forecasts, scenarios, assumptions, and risks during S&OP reviews
• Collaborate with Data and AI Tooling teams to improve forecasting performance
• Structure and refine forecasting processes

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in demand planning, sales forecasting, industrial forecasting, or a related field
• Experience building and managing end-to-end forecasts in an industrial or technology environment with complex products
• Strong analytical skills in demand and capacity planning and model-accuracy improvement using historical data
• Knowledge of SQL or Python
• Fluent English communication skills
• Ability to use statistics, historical trends, and factual evidence
• Ability to explain complex analyses and collaborate across teams
