Delivery Consultant

This client-facing role supports business and technology solution delivery for enterprise and institutional clients. The Consultant gathers requirements, analyzes processes, configures and tests systems, supports deployment and user acceptance testing, troubleshoots issues, and documents implementation decisions while working on-site at client locations.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site at client locations to support solution delivery activities
• Gather and document functional and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement and process analysis
• Support implementation activities including system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Contribute to solution design under guidance from Senior Consultants and Solution Architects
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Configure and customize systems based on requirements and design specifications
• Support user acceptance testing, training, and knowledge transfer
• Troubleshoot issues with technical teams
• Document configurations, processes, and implementation decisions
• Contribute across requirements, implementation, testing, and support phases

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in consulting, implementation, business analysis, or technical support
• Understanding of financial services processes such as banking, payments, or custody
• Technical aptitude for system configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting
• Experience with enterprise software or financial systems
• Ability to gather requirements and document business processes
• Comfortable working on-site at client locations with significant travel of 3+ days per week
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across teams and geographies
• Willingness to learn new technologies and business domains
• German and English for Zurich; French and English for Geneva; Italian for Lugano
