DeFi Operations Specialist

You will execute capital deployment rebalancing supply and borrow actions across approved DeFi protocols. You will monitor rates utilization health factors collateralization and protocol risks while managing wallets custody workflows and bridging infrastructure. You will reconcile capital and yield and maintain models for yield sensitivity liquidity and new integrations.

Responsibilities

• Execute capital deployment rebalancing supply and borrow actions across DeFi protocols
• Monitor interest rates borrow costs and utilization rates across networks
• Develop capital reallocation strategies to optimize net interest margins
• Manage multi-signature wallets custody workflows and cross-chain bridging
• Reconcile deployed capital collateral accrued interest yield and reward tokens
• Monitor health factors collateralization ratios and protocol risks
• Maintain quantitative models for yield sensitivity liquidity depth and partnership economics

Requirements

• 5+ years in financial operations trading support or treasury management
• 1-2 years of professional experience directly within Web3 or DeFi
• Deep knowledge of DeFi protocols lending and borrowing dynamics and yield mechanics
• Proficiency with block explorers Fireblocks Fordefi and hardware security modules
• Knowledge of yield curves time value of money interest rate derivatives and risk-adjusted returns
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills
• Familiarity with Python SQL or Dune Analytics is helpful
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to operate calmly in a 24/7 trading environment
