Datacenter Security Manager

You will manage daily physical security operations at the data centre. You will oversee the security-services contract, reception and visitor controls, access systems, patrols, inspections, incident response, documentation, and audit support.

Responsibilities

• Manage all physical security operations at the data centre
• Maintain security standards and compliance with site procedures
• Manage the Securitas security contract and supervise security officers
• Oversee reception security, visitor registration, identity verification, escorts, and records
• Coordinate customer, contractor, VIP, and government visits securely
• Maintain CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and perimeter security
• Coordinate responses to on-site incidents and liaise with emergency services
• Investigate physical security events and produce incident reports
• Support ISO 27001, SOC 2, and customer security audits
• Maintain site security documentation

Requirements

• Experience managing contract security teams
• Experience within data centres or critical infrastructure
• Knowledge of physical security systems
• Experience managing visitors and customer security requirements
• Strong leadership skills
