Datacenter IT Manager

You will manage Team Leaders and Datacenter IT Technicians across Paris-region clusters. You will oversee field operations, monitor KPIs, plan workforce growth, manage suppliers and SLAs, coordinate with internal teams, and administer operational workflows in Jira, Jira Service Management, Odoo, and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Manage Team Leaders and Datacenter IT Technicians
• Monitor operational KPIs and produce activity reports
• Implement corrective and process-improvement plans
• Plan and onboard growing technical teams
• Manage hardware and service suppliers against SLAs
• Coordinate datacenter operations with internal stakeholders
• Manage ticketing, assets, and operational tracking tools
• Travel regularly to Paris-region datacenters and supplier sites

Requirements

• Experience in datacenter management or IT operations leadership
• Experience managing team leads or supervisors and field operations
• Experience with SLA and KPI compliance in high-security datacenter environments
• Vendor and third-party service-provider management experience
• Proficiency in Jira, Jira Service Management, Odoo, and Google Sheets
