Data Center Operations Manager

You will lead data-center operations, technical support, maintenance, emergency response, hardware deployment, vendor coordination, and incident resolution. You will manage inventory, contracts, operating budgets, HSE compliance, stakeholder updates, and automation of routine operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management of data centers
• Organize onsite operations, technical support, maintenance, and emergency response
• Coordinate hardware deployment, upgrades, and decommissioning
• Ensure adherence to security, contractual, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee ticketing and incident resolution
• Manage spare-parts inventory and logistics
• Resolve technical issues to maximize uptime
• Provide operational updates, risk updates, and improvement updates
• Manage contracts with data center providers and OEMs
• Manage the annual operating budget
• Establish and enforce HSE policies and protocols
• Automate routine operational tasks

Requirements

• Data center operations, hardware management, or infrastructure support experience
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects
• Ability to coordinate vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Contract negotiation and management experience
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of data center security standards and compliance requirements
• English and French fluency
