Data Analyst

You will analyze sales-funnel and SaaS/fintech performance data to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks. You will build and maintain BI dashboards, reporting frameworks, KPI analyses, and executive-ready reports. You will also maintain data quality across GTM systems, consolidate multi-source data, and support reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the sales funnel to identify revenue growth opportunities and conversion bottlenecks
• Perform cohort analysis and monitor SaaS and fintech performance metrics
• Support revenue forecasting, pipeline health analysis, capacity modeling, and quota tracking
• Design, build, and maintain automated BI dashboards and reporting frameworks
• Translate business requirements into analytical tasks, KPI frameworks, and executive-ready reports
• Deliver weekly and monthly insights on revenue productivity and commercial performance
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across GTM platforms and internal databases
• Extract, clean, and consolidate multi-source data into reliable datasets
• Support data automation initiatives for commercial reporting

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Revenue/Sales Operations Analyst in a SaaS or fintech company
• Proficiency in SQL
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Experience with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or Looker
• Understanding of SaaS metrics and commercial pipeline dynamics
• Familiarity with CRM data structures, including HubSpot
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
