Creative Director Marketing Campaigns

You will set the creative vision for marketing campaigns and lead their development from insight through final execution. You will direct multidisciplinary creative partners, turn business objectives into briefs, lead productions, present ideas to leadership, and maintain a high standard for storytelling, design, and brand craft.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative vision for marketing campaigns
• Lead integrated campaign concepting and execution
• Evolve brand expression, voice, and visual aesthetic
• Direct multidisciplinary creative teams and external partners
• Translate business objectives into creative briefs
• Present and shepherd ideas across the organization
• Lead end-to-end production
• Champion craft across writing, design, motion, sound, and storytelling
• Partner with cross-functional teams on campaigns
• Identify culturally relevant moments and collaborators
• Establish creative processes and principles
• Mentor creative talent

Requirements

• 10+ years of creative leadership experience
• Portfolio spanning integrated campaigns, brand platforms, and culture-defining work
• Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams
• Fluency in art direction, copywriting, design, film, motion, and photography
• Experience leading large-scale productions
• Storytelling and presentation skills
• Collaboration and communication skills
• Knowledge of culture, music, AI, and creative technology
• Eligibility to work in the US
