Cost Manager

You will lead construction cost management for hyperscale data centre projects from early development through close-out. You will develop budgets and CAPEX models, monitor costs and risks, prepare forecasts and reports, support procurement and change control, review payments, and identify value-engineering opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost management for hyperscale data centre construction projects
• Develop and maintain project budgets, CAPEX models, cost plans, and forecasts
• Prepare cost reports, cash-flow analyses, and financial updates
• Conduct benchmarking, cost modelling, market testing, and comparative analysis
• Monitor commitments, actual costs, risk allowances, contingency, and budget movements
• Support procurement through estimates, tender reviews, bid comparisons, and value assessments
• Review payment applications, valuations, invoices, and supporting documentation
• Manage cost change control and assess variations and scope changes
• Identify value-engineering and cost-saving opportunities
• Support cost-risk reviews through analysis and financial modelling
• Oversee cost close-out, reconciliation, final reporting, and handover data
• Apply market, inflation, labour, material, supplier-pricing, and regulatory insights to cost plans

Requirements

• Extensive cost-management experience in hyperscale construction
• At least 2 years of data centre experience
• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline
• Proven record of delivering profitable projects and optimizing commercial performance
• Fluency in English
