Contracts Manager

You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements supporting customer and procurement relationships. You will build contracting and compliance frameworks, partner with legal, finance, and business stakeholders to move agreements to signature, and manage multiple contract workstreams while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Build and maintain scalable contracting and compliance frameworks
• Partner with legal, finance, and business teams to drive agreements to signature
• Manage multiple contract workstreams under fast timelines

Requirements

• 10+ years managing commercial contracts in-house, at a law firm, or in contracts or procurement
• Commercial contract drafting, redlining, and independent negotiation experience
• Contract lifecycle management experience, including post-signature obligation management
• Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows
