Miracle AI is hiring one person to moderate content on Dream Companion, our 18+ AI companion platform, and to answer our users' support questions. Moderation is the main part of the job.
About us

Miracle AI builds Dream Companion, an AI companion platform for adults. Users chat with AI characters, create their own characters, generate images and videos, and can share what they make on the website.

Adult content is the core of the product. In this job you will review it every day to ensure complience with our safety standards.

What you'll do
Moderation, about 6 hours a day
Our AI moderation blocks most violations automatically. But it can make mistakes, or let through content that is risky without being a clear-cut violation. You review that content, across characters, images, videos and more.
Decide what gets published and what gets blocked.
Handle user reports promptly.
Answer appeals: explain to users why their content was blocked and, where possible, how to fix it.
Give feedback on the AI's mistakes, so we can improve it.

Customer support in English, about 1–2 hours a day
Answer users' questions about features, billing, subscriptions, refund requests and account issues.
Must-haves
English at B2 level or higher. Moderation often depends on nuance, idioms and slang.
Clear thinking and close attention to detail.
You learn new things quickly.
You're 18 or older and comfortable reviewing explicit content every day.
Nice-to-haves
Experience in content moderation, trust & safety or customer support.
Familiarity with AI chat, role-play, or AI image and video generation.
Experience with billing questions, refunds or chargebacks.

What we offer
Pay: 600-1200$/month depending on experience
