Compliance Manager, UK

You will support regulatory change, product governance, financial promotions, complaints, and compliance monitoring. You will help build controlled, auditable AI-enabled workflows, interpret UK regulatory requirements, develop practical controls, and advise senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Five or more years of relevant compliance experience in financial services
• Experience in a regulated fintech, investment firm, or digital platform is preferred
• AI, automation, data-analysis, or workflow-tool experience
• Regulatory change, policy development, compliance advisory, or product-governance experience
• Knowledge of UK regulations, including Consumer Duty, conduct risk, and customer-outcome principles
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and develop practical controls and processes
• Stakeholder-management skills
• Experience with financial promotions, complaints, digital assets, or crypto is an advantage
