Chief of Staff

You will lead high-priority initiatives from conception through execution and project-manage strategic priorities, including the evolution into an Asset Manager. You will prepare executive meetings, shape leadership operating rhythms, support board and investor engagements, and align departments and geographies around critical business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate high-priority company-wide initiatives from conception to execution
• Prepare and orchestrate bi-weekly executive committee and change meetings
• Drive and project-manage strategic priorities, including the evolution into an Asset Manager
• Advise the co-CEOs and executive committee on complex challenges
• Manage leadership offsites, board preparation, and critical business reviews
• Support board, investor, and partner engagements
• Enable alignment and execution across departments and geographies

Requirements

• 3–4 years of significant experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or senior strategic leadership role
• Proven success leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives in complex environments
• Problem-solving, first-principles thinking, and analytical skills
• Leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Financial services, asset management, or FinTech background is advantageous
