Chief of Staff

You will run the operating rhythm of the business and turn strategy into priorities, owners, and deadlines. You will lead strategic work across product, commercial, and finance; develop GPU and AI-inference go-to-market plans; prepare financial models and investor materials; and drive decisions through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating rhythm, leadership meetings, priority setting, and decision follow-through
• Lead strategic projects across product, commercial, and finance from hypothesis through implementation
• Define target segments, go-to-market strategy, and partner motions for GPU and AI inference products
• Run financing and investor work, including financial models and board and investor materials
• Turn strategy into priorities, owners, and deadlines for the leadership team

Requirements

• Two to five years of experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or a comparable firm
• Outstanding academic record
• History of early promotion and top reviews
• Experience structuring unstructured problems and implementing solutions
• Financial modeling and commercial analysis experience
• Knowledge of go-to-market, pricing, or sales performance analysis
• Ability to learn technical domains quickly
• Understanding of GPU compute or cloud infrastructure value
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude
• Professional proficiency in English and German
