Chief of Staff

You will run data center operations, support key customers, manage contracts and partner relationships, secure hardware supply, and drive cross-functional projects. You will support fundraising and investor relations while preparing for meetings, following up on action items, and ensuring critical work is completed.

Responsibilities

• Run data center operations, bring new capacity online, track SLAs, and resolve issues
• Support key customer accounts, coordinate onboarding, and handle escalations
• Manage NDAs, MSAs, and partner agreements, including redlines with counsel
• Source hardware, negotiate with data centers and capacity partners, and close contracts
• Drive company-wide compliance, pricing, launch, and internal-process projects
• Support fundraising and investor relations through investor updates, data rooms, and board-meeting preparation
• Prepare for CEO meetings, follow up on actions, and prevent work from falling through the cracks

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a high-ownership role, such as an early-stage startup, operations, BizOps, consulting, banking, or a technical role
• Strong writing and negotiation skills with partners and vendors
• Ability to discuss GPUs, cloud infrastructure, and developer tools credibly
• Ability to own mission-critical projects end to end
• Ability to work with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• US citizen or visa holder
