Chief Executive Officer

Founding CEO role for a hands-on, commercial, crypto-native leader overseeing Bitcoin Dollar and FISC growth, capital formation, token economics, integrations, public representation, and a small senior team.

Responsibilities

• Own TVL growth across token demand, staking, and vault deposits and report financial metrics.
• Lead capital formation, including raising the Series A and securing seed liquidity and incentive capital.
• Own FISC tokenomics, emissions, points, incentive programs, liquidity mining, and capital-markets strategy.
• Convert curator and risk relationships into live integrations.
• Build the capital stack with crypto hedge funds, LPs, ecosystem partners, institutional investors, and TradFi allocators.
• Represent Bitcoin Dollar and FISC publicly at conferences, podcasts, and forums.
• Drive trust infrastructure, public risk assessments, aggregator listings, Proof of Reserves, and protocol integrations.
• Lead a small senior team, manage runway, and guide the multi-asset Dollar family and DAO governance roadmap.

Requirements

• Personally drove measurable TVL or AUM growth at a DeFi protocol.
• Deep crypto capital-markets fluency, including tokenomics, incentive design, lending markets, vaults, leverage, PT/YT, bribe markets, liquidity provisioning, and on-chain analytics.
• Existing curator and risk-firm relationships with the ability to convert skeptics into integrations.
• Fundraising experience with crypto VCs or investment allocation, including the ability to run a Series A.
• Strong public presence and ability to explain sophisticated yield and rebalancing mechanics.
• Hands-on player-coach experience in a small senior team.
• High integrity, conviction, regulatory awareness, and comfort with token-weighted compensation and early-stage ambiguity.
