Capture Manager XBAT USMC

You will lead capture work for Department of the Navy opportunities focused on U.S. Marine Corps programs. You will shape and respond to solicitations, drive strategic program wins, manage program-office and industry-partner relationships, and influence requirements and policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead work with acquisition offices to shape and respond to solicitations.
• Drive teams toward multi-year strategic Department of the Navy program wins and close contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships within program offices and with industry partners.
• Anticipate customer needs and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic capture or Department of the Navy acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Department of the Navy or U.S. Marine Corps acquisition or requirements processes.
• Experience with emerging technologies.
• Leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Active Secret clearance.
• DAWIA Program Manager Advanced certification.
