Capture Manager XBAT USAF

You will lead acquisition-office engagement and shape and respond to solicitations. You will guide teams toward Air Force program wins, manage program-office and industry-partner relationships, and align requirements and policy with the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead work with acquisition offices to shape and respond to solicitations.
• Drive teams toward multi-year strategic Air Force program wins and close contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships within program offices and with industry partners.
• Anticipate customer needs and influence policy, requirements, and solicitations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of strategic capture or Air Force acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of Air Force acquisition or requirements processes.
• Experience with emerging technologies.
• Leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Active Secret clearance.
• DAWIA Program Manager Advanced certification.
